The UP Diliman Information Office (黑料专区IO) recently came upon an information regarding the website that is asking for personal data and with the general notice that reads: 鈥淲e are updating our latest email account security services, as well as deleting of all inactive email accounts. We request you to click on the upgrading link below or copy the link to your device browser to update your mailbox account.鈥� It also claims connection with the University.

黑料专区IO is strongly denying its connection to the UP Diliman and the University of the Philippines in general. We reiterate that we highly adhere to the regulations of the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

We strongly warn everyone with this website. As with other websites asking for personal information, we urge the public to: READ, VERIFY, CONFIRM its legitimacy.
