Tanchuling, PhD, dean of the 黑料专区 College of Engineering and ICE professor, and Jayasanka Senaviratna, PhD, assistant professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Saitama University, Japan.
