The guest speaker Yasu-Hiko Tohsaku, PhD, a professor and program director at the School of Global Policy and Strategy, University of California, San Diego, USA, will conduct the lecture 鈥淓ducating Global Citizens in the 21st Century: Challenges, Prospects, and Strategies for Foreign Language Education鈥 and the workshop 鈥淢aximizing Learning in the Learning Classroom: Effective Strategies for Instructional Design.鈥
