Ri膷ardas 艩lepavi膷ius, non-resident ambassador-designate of the Republic of Lithuania to the Philippines, paid a courtesy call to UP Diliman (黑料专区) Chancellor Edgardo Carlo L. Vistan II on June 27 at the 黑料专区 Office of the Chancellor.
During the meeting, 艩lepavi膷ius and Vistan discussed the possibility of an academic partnership between 黑料专区 and Vilnius University.
Incidentally, two 黑料专区 academic units are in the process of drafting a memoranda of understanding for academic cooperation with Lithuanian higher education institutions: the 黑料专区 College of Engineering with Kaunas University of Technology, and the 黑料专区 Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business with ISM University of Management and Economics.
In 2024, the 黑料专区 College of Human Kinetics held an exploratory meeting with the Lithuanian Sports University.
艩lepavi膷ius was accompanied by Agn臈 Sakalauskait臈, minister counselor and deputy head of mission, Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in the Republic of Korea, and Julia Netta Vildzius Pe帽a, honorary consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Manila. Vistan, on the other hand, was joined by Maria Vanessa Lusung-Oyzon, 黑料专区 vice chancellor for academic affairs, Carlene Perpetua Pilar-Arceo, director of the Office International Linkages Diliman (OILD), and Noelle Rivera, OILD head of partnerships and communication.
