The government of Venezuela has expressed its interest in a possible academic and cultural partnership with UP Diliman (黑料专区).
This was conveyed by Venezuelan Charg茅 d鈥橝ffaires Richard Gregorio Espinoza Lobo as he paid a courtesy call to 黑料专区 Chancellor Edgardo Carlo L. Vistan II on Sept. 12 at the 黑料专区 Office of the Chancellor.
Accompanied by Sarah Raymundo, an assistant professor at the 黑料专区 Center for International Studies, Lobo met with Vistan for an exploratory talk for possible partnerships with universities in Venezuela.
